Refund Policy

At Agadh, we take pride in delivering high-quality digital marketing services tailored to meet our clients’ business objectives. As a service-based business, the nature of our work involves strategy, time, effort, and the deployment of skilled resources. Therefore, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for any fees paid for our services.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Agadh for digital marketing or associated services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Consultation fees
  • Retainer fees
  • Campaign setup charges
  • Paid media budgets managed on your behalf
  • Content production or creative deliverables
  • Performance-based or ad-spend-linked service fees

Once the project has commenced or resources have been allocated, we do not provide any refunds, regardless of the outcome or client satisfaction.

2. Alternate Resolution

If a client is dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, Agadh will, at its sole discretion, offer one of the following alternatives as a gesture of goodwill:

  • Additional revisions or iterations within scope
  • A credit towards future services
  • A substitute service of equivalent value (if applicable)

Please note, these alternate resolutions are offered only after internal review and approval and do not constitute an admission of fault or obligation to refund.

3. Client Cooperation and Scope

Refunds or credits will not be considered in situations where:

  • The client delays or fails to provide necessary inputs, approvals, or materials
  • The service delivery was hindered due to circumstances beyond our control
  • The client has deviated from agreed project timelines or altered the scope without mutual agreement

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without attempting to resolve the matter directly with Agadh will be considered a breach of our Terms of Service. In such cases, we reserve the right to suspend all services and pursue appropriate legal remedies.
