Cancellation Policy
At Agadh (Agadh Ventures LLP), we prioritize transparency and long-term partnerships. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before engaging in our services.
1. General Terms
Agadh operates with a strict no-refund policy across all services. However, we offer flexible alternatives to support your evolving business needs, as outlined below.
2. One-Time Projects
Before Work Commences
- If a cancellation request is submitted before the commencement of work, the paid amount will not be refunded.
- Instead, the amount can be:
- Adjusted against any other service offered by Agadh (Agadh Ventures LLP), or
- Issued as a credit note valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
After Work Commences
- If cancellation is requested after work has commenced, Agadh (Agadh Ventures LLP) will assess the value of work completed at its sole discretion.
- The remaining balance, if any, may be:
- Adjusted towards an alternate service, or
- Issued as a credit note, valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
3. Monthly Retainer Services
- A minimum of 1-month prior written notice is required to cancel any ongoing retainer-based engagement.
- No partial refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
- Services will continue through the current billing cycle, and cancellation will take effect from the following month.
4. Cancellation Requests
All cancellation requests must be:
- Submitted in writing via email to: contact@agadh.design
- Clearly mention the project name, service type, and reason for cancellation (optional)
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and inform you of the next steps.
5. Agadh’s (Agadh Ventures LLP) Right to Cancel
Agadh (Agadh Ventures LLP) reserves the right to cancel any service at its sole discretion in cases of:
- Non-cooperation
- Delayed approvals
- Breach of agreed terms
In such cases, a fair valuation will be conducted, and any balance amount may be issued as a credit note.
